Brokerage Supervisor

Position Summary:

As a Supervisor, you will be a frontline leader serving as a player-coach for the integrated team and back office functions. You will lead daily functions including carrier sales & compliance, customer service, operations, pricing, load commitment, drayage, pool distribution, carrier invoicing and customer billing.

  • Leadership of Carrier Sales, Brokerage Coordinators, and Billing

To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:

• Minimum of 3 year of experience in Freight Brokerage
• Experience in Customer and Carrier Sales
• Expertise in DAT, Highway, Carrier Assure, GenLogs, S2Q,
• Demonstrated positive attitude; team-first mindset
• Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
• Must be growth oriented, motivated, and have a sense of urgency
• Expert level understanding of how lanes fluctuate based on seasonality and external events
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to travel and support exceptions after hours on an as needed basis.
