Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative support to recruiters and manager who perform full life-cycle recruiting for operations, administrative, and corporate openings. In addition, the TA Coordinator is responsible for facilitating weekly onsite new hire orientation, onboarding, and the overall engagement of new employees. This position will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with the recruiting team and hiring managers by performing candidate outreach, issuing onboarding paperwork, and organizing drug and background screenings
  • Coordinating and facilitating weekly onsite new hire orientation, including scheduling orientation, presenting company’s policies & benefits, ensuring the completion of new hire paperwork and assigned trainings, and creating employee files
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-employment and onboarding processes, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and monitor candidate progress through internal tracking systems (UKG)
  • Assisting with and, at times, conducting full cycle recruiting for warehouse and administrative positions
  • Support employer branding efforts by monitoring and responding to employee reviews on multiple platforms
  • Ensuring compliance and excellent candidate care throughout the hiring process

To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:

  • 0-2 years’ experience in a recruiting or staffing coordinator position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, or related discipline preferred
  • Proven success meeting deadlines in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
