Position Summary:

The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for the overall management, utilization and development of ADP properties. The main goal is to instill quality long-term solutions, while stressing urgency and safety to all team members involved.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing solutions and new development planning for various facilities / locations
  • Preparing and reviewing facilities estimates and site proposals as they related to costs and feasibility
  • Managing Facilities Maintenance Team Leaders to various projects; including leading the Project Management function
  • Developing and Overseeing maintenance services & maintenance agreements across the Pyle footprint, including but not limited to:
    • HVAC, Fire Protection, Fire/Burg alarms, electrical, lawn care, etc. (additional as assigned)
  • Developing and overseeing related protocol for Compliance & Documentation, including but not limited to:
    • OSHA, PM Inspection, real estate files, blueprints, employee certifications
      • Lock Out Tag Out training, certification & compliance (as an example)
      • Review/React/File (as necessary) to various reports from field
    • FM Procurement
      • VISA use/review, online use/review
      • Online purchase vs local vendors (consider tax & shipping cost implications)
  • Project Management/Budgeting
  • Develop and Oversee FM related training programs/evaluation and oversight & documentation
  • Employee training in mechanical, electrical, welding trades
  • Equipment Compliance of scissor lifts, boom lifts and owned/rented AWP
  • Prioritize and assign/delegate duties as necessary – inspire shared common vision
  • Assist/coach in FM procurement activities, contractor solicitation, qualifications, budgeting and compliance
  • Review requests from field, interact with Operations and other departments as required to validate
  • Property/facility visual inspections
  • Report to Director/Managers observations, discrepancies, finding of facts, problems and potential solutions

To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, RD Means, IE Chrome or similar technology
  • 5+ years construction, construction management, or superintendent experience
  • Verifiable leadership skills in Facilities Maintenance and/or Construction management
  • Calm under pressure, this individual must value problem solving, team work, and enthusiasm, while displaying honesty and integrity consistently. Must be able to manage conflict
  • Strong attention to detail required, along with ability to manage multiple projects with quality results
  • Willingness to travel to other Pyle properties, as required
